This class jam packs years of active duty, and competition experience into a single intensive day of training to leave you a faster, and more accurate shooter.
We'll start with world class fundamentals and move to advanced techniques that will level up your performance and skills by the end of the day.
Beginners will learn professional standards and fundamentals to build upon, and more advanced shooters will pick up new techniques to push their skills to the next level.
Our instructors will diagnose issues and test your skills in order to build your confidence and shooting ability, so you leave the class a more proficient, faster and more accurate shooter.

What You'll Learn:
Safety and Gun handling
Gear selection
Defensive Mindset
Grip and stance/recoil management
Proper sight picture and alignment (Red Dot & Iron Sights)
Drawing with speed and efficiency
Trigger press
Malfunctions and stoppages
Reloads (from outside belt AND concealment)
Multiple Target Engagements / Target Transitions
Single hand shooting
How to move safely and effectively with a pistol
Shooting on the move/ Under Stress
What You'll Need:
Modern semi-automatic pistol (e.g. 9mm, .40 cal, .45 acp, 22 LR are all fine calibers to use); NO micro-subcompacts or revolvers.
500 Rounds of ammo.
Minimum 3 Magazines
Minimum 2 Mag pouches (or ways to hold mags if concealed)
Solid holster that covers the trigger guard; (e.g. Kydex holsters, inside the waistband or outside the waistband, or active retention holsters); NO Serpa holsters or fabric holsters will be allowed.
Good Belt (either Concealed Belt or Gun Belt)
Ear protection
Eye protection
Minimum 2L of Water (electrolytes are not a bad idea)
Sun shirt and hat recommended. (The Sun is STRONG in Colorado)
Lunch/snacks (pack 2 meals)
Rain gear
Chair

Return/Refund policy:
Due to the unknown nature of scheduling and maintaining a minimum student count, refunds will not be given. Unforeseen events being what they are, Greg Doyle Defense will allow you to move your tuition to a different course, or exchange your spot with someone else. If Greg Doyle Defense is forced for ANY reason to cancel a course, a full refund will be given.
